WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept both debit and credit cards. If you would like to pay cash then please call into our studio at 25/2 Plaza Damansara
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer 2 types of return
1. Boring.
Standard statutory returns - which essentially means a full refund for anything unworn and returned within 30days.
2. AMAZING!!
The Kamileon buy back promise - Kamileons unique promise to buy back any item for 50% of the purchase price no matter if ripped, stained, shrunk, bought 6months ago or bought 6years ago- essentially anything, even if you don’t like it anymore, though that seems far fetched.
We also want to make sending it back as easy as possible - the process is the same for both.
Instructions:
Reply to the email you received when you bought the item.
Include your order number - this can be found on the email we sent you when you bought the item. - Search for Kamileon in your email.
Tell us what your sending back
Tell us how you would like to be paid, Paypal, money transfer etc, and send us the details
We will then email back with where to send the return and arrange for the money transfer.
*please note, if you are returning under statutory returns policy we can only return your money through the same method you paid. Sorry, that’s the law!
